Nikolas had a great birthday - and enjoyed cupcakes 3 different times. We celebrated with family the weekend before, then again with the kids at his daycare and also with mom and dad. I think cupcakes are his new favorite treat as he pretty much devours each one he has had! Overall, he made out pretty good! Lots of fun new toys, a cool chair, good books to read, and of course cute clothes. The most exciting part was that he took his first step the night before his birthday. He let go of the cabinent, looked up with a big smile and took a step, then crashed to the floor. He was so proud of himself!!
